Deut. 6:6-7 says, “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children…” 

    The goal of a Christ-centered family and the goal of a Christ-centered children's ministry should be the same: to impress the truths of God on to the hearts of children. SRBC understands that early childhood is a crucial time for shaping children. As a church family this is our first opportunity to demonstrate and communicate the truths of Scripture. As the children at SRBC grow, we want to build on the foundations to teach about God and provide a deeper understanding. We want to be intentional in the goal that our children have a personal relationship with Jesus and are not simply prepared for the challenges from starting school and preparing for middle-school, but the challenges of life and the reality of eternity.
